From A590 Greenodd turn right onto the A5092 for 1 mile.

Turn Right to Oxen Park stay on this road for approx 2.5 miles continue through colton village.

At the sign for brandrake head turn left and continue for 1/2 mile.

At the T junction turn right for 0.2 miles.

You reach a white house on your right - turn right here.

Take the next sharp left between the houses.

Go up the hill for under 1/2 mile until you reach the gate and cattle grid.

Take the drive to the farm house.
